Bad...Had high hopes...its generally nice but we were seated in the worst room..no ambience...and the food was average...not bad again but just average..beer not fantastic either...its brewed on location so some will enjoy it...I had a pilsner and found it bitter...still...good location..staff were very nice..We have visited this place numerous times over the years and always loved it.

The Böhmisches Brauhaus was the oldest industrial building in Friedrichshain altogether.Of course the locals didn’t care about such historical footnotes, all they cared about was their booze, and they gulped it down with gusto and with musto. However on a recent visit to Berlin we went back and were informed they were unable to serve us a beer unless we were sat at a table. But I’ll give it a try now.
