Wonderful hotel wonderful service, what more can one say?I’ve been in this hotel for CTI conference that is inside the forum of the hotel (don’t need to exit to access). The hotel is adjoined to the ECC (Estrel Congress Center), which covers a space of 269,000 sq ft – roughly the size of two football pitches – and houses more than 75 conference rooms providing the ideal conditions for an event of any kind and size. The receptionist could not have been more helpful, giving us €50 in vouchers for use in the restaurants, and pointed us to the dining room saying it was still open for a meal, Our room was fantastic, after three nights of sweltering in a room where the A/C was incapable of cooling us down to enter was like diving into a cool swimming pool when it is 35 degrees outside.
