She was great, apologetic, but doesn't make up for the owner (who should probably get out of her employees' way).We went back to our room and were going to get a pizza next door and the three girls who had brought their drinks outside were right there, literally in front of our room drinking and smoking pot. After the confrontation with the first group of pot heads I wasn't about to do this again so I went to the front to ask management (haha, what a joke) to take care of it, again, nobody there.I tried to call and nobody answered, so I left a message, waited, and called again. Quiet.

We went to the restaurant and were told there was a wait for seating outside, which we were fine with and ordered a drink, and patiently waited inside. The waiter and the bartender both were great, both seemed to have a handle on who was in line for seating and kept us informed.
Now the good stuff, you can watch TV or anything else on your laptop at no charge, of the mornings there are bagels and coffee in the dayroom if you like a full breakfast there is a great coffee shop just a short walk away across the street, each room has a balcony overlooking the bride of the Applegate River. We stayed at Applegate Lodge overnight as a wedding guest. We wanted a nice quiet place for our anniversary and this proved to be the place! What a wonderful experience! Well, the owner came in and then let two groups of people who had just walked in way after us both get seated before us, then proceeded to tell three dirty hippies who were bragging about having been drinking all day take their drinks outside the bar (after the bartender told them they couldn't bring them outside the bar). The owner directed them to bring the drinks right outside the deck in front of our room (and the room above us). Given we are located on the river all rooms have balconies that over look this natural wonder and have exceptional views of the Historical Pioneer Bridge as well. When we first checked in, the lobby smelled like pot (which I wrongly assumed was from another guest), nobody was actually there to take care of us and we had to call.
