!This restaurant was a short walk from our hotel, decor is typical old German style which is lovely. Our room on the 4th floor was not so big but it was very functional and cozy with a newly renovated bathroom and an efficient heater. Delicious meal in a friendly setting.We needed to eat early dinner before opera at 7 pm so wandered into this Gasthaus just inside the Old Town. Nice decorated restaurant and helpful english speaking stuff and menus.
Good choice of food especially if you want typically German.Not tried the food, but only a couple of good beers. The location is excellent, very close to both the city center and the train station.
