Also for room cleaning we had the flexibility of choosing if and when we wanted it. When lockdowns were lifted we rebooked our holiday after getting detailed information on what the hotel was doing to make the hotel safe for the guests during the pandemic. Thank you very much for sharing such a glowing and heartfelt review of our resort. The resort has put in great effort to make holidaying enjoyable despite corona virus & has figured out how to keep guests and staff safe. Lumpy bed even after it was made and they would take really long on certain days to clean up my room. We recommend calling ahead to confirm details.

We do hope that it is not so long before we can welcome you back to Diani and back to the Baobab for more of magical evening shows. There was no slacking on these measures for the week we were there. Thank you also for sharing such incredibly kind comments about the fabulous staff and personable service you received at our resort. Only low score goes to the housekeeping team which I thought did a half-hearted reluctant job. Be sure that we shall share these kind suggestions with the team especially Executive Chef Cosmas. We do hope that one day we can welcome you both back to Diani and back to our resort for more memorable moments. There were no buffets as these had been replaced by table service. This may be something they have to work on.

They have complied with the COVID regulations set by government and we felt very safe in all common areas especially the restaurant where at all meal times all guests must have a mask on as they enter, must have their temperature taken and must wash hands. Whilst most guests leave favourable comments about our beautiful beach, few take the time to mention our beautifully decorated parks with all the monkeys as you have done.
